2025-04-22: At least one person was killed, while several others were injured on Tuesday evening (22 April, local time) after a landmine struck a restaurant near a security checkpoint along the main road in the Dayniile District of Mogadishu. No group has yet claimed responsibility. However, early indications suggest the involvement of the Al-Shabaab militant group, which has frequently been linked to similar acts of violence in the past.
