2025-06-11: A violent attack was reported on Wednesday (11 June) at around 1:30 pm (local time) on Lower Broughton Road in Salford, Greater Manchester, involving dozens of youths who set cars on fire, threw bricks, blocked roads with wheelie bins, and damaged or stole vehicles. Riot police were deployed, and a dispersal order was issued until Thursday (12 June) at around 2 pm (local time). At least one person has been detained following the incident.
