2025-07-17: According to the latest report, Russian air defences shot down several Ukrainian drones between Wednesday night (16 July, local time) and early hours of Thursday (17 July, local time) in Moscow and the western city of Voronezh. In Voronezh, debris from the downed drones injured several people and damaged several apartments. Several drones were intercepted in and around the city, while others approaching Moscow were also repelled.
Heightened security measures and operations of security forces are to be expected. Ongoing armed clashes are to be expected. Travellers are advised to exercise high caution, to strictly avoid operations of security forces, and to follow instructions from security forces.
