2025-10-22: Several citizens were burned alive on Wednesday (23 October), when Fitna al-Khawarij terrorists set their car on fire after dousing it with petrol for refusing to pay extortion money in Mir Ali, North Waziristan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend the perpetrators.
Heightened security measures and operations of security forces are to be expected. Armed clashes are possible during arrests of terror suspects. Travellers are advised to exercise high caution, to strictly avoid operations of security forces, and to follow instructions from security forces.
