Update 2025-11-10: According to the reports, schools and offices were closed on Monday (10 November) in Guangfu Township, Hualien County, as authorities ordered evacuations in several villages due to flooding and landslide risks from approaching Typhoon Fung-Wong. Residents in Dama, Daping, Dongfu, Datong, Daan, Dahua, and Beifu villages were urged to evacuate immediately, especially those near Matai’an Creek.
