Update 2026-09-01: Several people were killed early Tuesday (1 September, local time) following Russian airstrikes in Kyiv. While at least one person was killed in Boryspil. Dozens of loud explosions were heard in the capital after Ukraine’s Air Force warned of an incoming high-speed target and reported several targets heading toward the capital. Air raid alerts were issued across most of the country, and authorities urged residents to seek shelter.
