France, Strike, Level 2: Restrictions on suburban train lines due to strike on 24 June – Île-de-France, France

2022-06-20: Media reported on Tuesday (21 June), that a strike of workers of the SNCF and RATP will affect several suburban train lines in the Île-de-France region on Friday (24 June). This includes the RER lines A, B, C and D as well as the lines H, J, K, L, and R of the Transilien. There have been wage demands by train workers in the region.
In case of a strike, major traffic disruptions are to be expected. Delays and cancellations are likely. Before and after official strike hours, disruptions are also possible due to organisational reasons. Passengers are advised to contact their tour operator about the current status in advance to their journey and to schedule additional time for their journey.
