In an attack on Wednesday morning, at least three people were killed and five injured in the city of Mykolayiv when a high-rise building was hit by Russian missiles. Meanwhile, pro-Russian separatists in the Luhansk region have blamed the Ukrainian army for the deaths of six workers. According to Russian sources, the Ukrainian army is suffering heavy losses in the fighting in the south of the city of Lysychansk and near Pytomnyk in the Kharkiv region.
