Update 2023-09-13 (1): According to current media reports from Wednesday (13 September), many people still can not return to their homes after the severe flooding in central Greece. At the moment, seven villages are still cut off from the outside world, many houses are destroyed and uninhabitable. A refugee camp will be set up near the city of Larisa during the course of the day. In the rural region, animal carcasses pose a health risk.
