Malaysia, Severe Weather, Level 3: Disruptions due to flooding several states – Malaysia [Update 7]

Update 2024-01-04: The Met Malaysia issued a warning of heavy rainfall until Sunday (7 January) in various areas of Johor State. Reportedly, the affected areas are Segamat, Kluang, Mersing, Kulai, Kota Tinggi and Johor Bahru. Moreover, an alert has been also issued for Kuantan, Pekan and Rompin in Pahang State. Moreover, the water in Sungai Arau, in Perlis, and Sungai Kelantan in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, is at a danger level. Additionally, multiple roads are still closed either due to flooding, slope collapse or damage and they include Jalan Durian Mentangau in Dungun, Terengganu; Jalan Sungai Sam to Dabong in Jeli, Kelantan; Jalan Raya Timur Barat (JRTB) Kupang-Gerik-Jeli in Hulu Perak, Perak and Jalan Kota Tinggi-Kluang in Johor.
