Marriott International has signed an agreement with Beijing North Star Company to open the third The Ritz-Carlton and the first Marriott Marquis Hotel in Beijing. Expected to open in 2026, both properties will be part of China National Convention Center Phase II, a 780,000m2 complex with hotels, retail spaces, offices, leisure facilities, and spacious venues for high-level conferences, exhibitions, and events.
