With a surge of 40 per cent in customer demand for plant-based meals, Emirates will introduce an array of new vegan dishes onboard and in lounges later this year to meet rising demand. Having served vegan meals since the 1990s, the airline will add even more dishes to its ‘vegan vault’ of more than 300 curated plant-based recipes this year across all classes.
