Update 2024-02-26: According to reports, public transportation and ferry services will also be disrupted during the countrywide general strike on Wednesday (28 February). OASA buses and ILPAP trolley-buses will only operate between 9 am and 9 pm (local time) and the Line 1 electric railway and the suburban train will suspend all operations for 24 hours. Ferry operations from the ports of Piraeus, Rafina, and Lavrio will also be suspended for 24 hours. A protest rally is also expected to take place at Klafthmonos Square in Athens at 11 am on Wednesday (28 February, local time).
