Update 2024-03-18: On Sunday (17 March), the Kalay People’s Defense Force announced that they had captured the village of Pyu Saw Htee near Kalé over the weekend (16/17 March). Numerous people were killed in the fighting.
During another offensive, the Arakan Army captured the village of Rathedaung in Rakhine.
