Update 2025-05-12: Although Pakistan fully reopened its airspace on Saturday (10 May) following a de-escalation in tensions with India, flight operations across the country remain severely affected. Airlines have cancelled over 150 flights nationwide, leaving thousands of passengers stranded and causing widespread travel disruption. Reportedly, dozens of domestic and international flights from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Multan, and Sialkot were cancelled. The air route over Rahim Yar Khan will remain closed until 5 am (local time) on Sunday (18 May) as the airport was partially damaged during Indian strikes.
