All Nippon Airways (ANA) has unveiled “THE Room FX” at this week’s 55th International Paris Airshow, its next-generation business class seat with privacy doors to be installed on the carrier’s Boeing 787-9 fleet. ‘THE Room FX’ will be the world’s largest seat in its class on a mid-sized aircraft. The airline’s future 787-9s are expected to have 48 business class seats across 12 rows in a 1-2-1 configuration, with the seats alternating between forward facing and rear facing.
