2025-07-22: At least one person was killed in Kramatorsk in Ukraine in the night (local time) to Tuesday (22 July) in renewed Russian air strikes. At least five other people were injured. At least three people were injured in bomb attacks on the city of Sumy. Several apartment buildings, a shopping centre and more than a dozen vehicles were damaged. According to preliminary information, at least one person was injured in the port city of Odessa as a result of drone attacks. Fires broke out in several places in the city. At least one person was also injured by Russian drones in Kherson on Tuesday morning (22 July, local time).
Heightened security measures and operations of security forces are to be expected. Ongoing armed clashes are to be expected. Travellers are advised to exercise high caution, to strictly avoid operations of security forces, and to follow instructions from security forces.
