Update 2025-08-06: According to the latest reports from Wednesday (6 August), Sudan’s air force destroyed an Emirati aircraft as it landed at Nyala airport (UYL) in Darfur, a zone controlled by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF). The UAE plane, allegedly carrying Colombian mercenaries, was completely destroyed, though the number of casualties remains unknown.
