Lufthansa takes delivery of first Dreamliner fitted with Allegris cabins

Lufthansa will operate its first Allegris-fitted Dreamliner aircraft from Frankfurt Airport later this year. In May the flag carrier outlined plans to roll out its Allegris cabins to new Boeing 787-9 aircraft and retrofitted 747-8s, and Lufthansa has now taken delivery of a Dreamliner fitted with new business, premium economy and economy seating. The Boeing aircraft will initially operate between Frankfurt and Toronto from mid-October, and up to nine additional Dreamliners are set to join the airline’s Frankfurt-based fleet by the end of the year.
