Update 2025-11-12: Heavy rainfall from Tropical Storm Fung-wong caused flooding in parts of Yilan County, including Dongshan, Wujie, and Luodong townships. Embankments along Ankeng Creek were damaged, and a landslide occurred in Zhennanxing Village, Suao Township. Reportedly, road closures were announced in affected areas. The storm’s impact also disrupted air travel, resulting in the cancellation of flights between Bangkok and Kaohsiung on Wednesday (12 November).
