Turkish Airlines becomes the first global carrier to adopt Samsung’s SmartThings Find platform, allowing passengers to track checked luggage throughout their journey using Galaxy SmartTags and a mobile app. The airline also plans to expand Samsung’s SmartThings technology beyond baggage tracking, potentially using its location data to enhance other services, such as wheelchair and high-value cargo tracking.
