2026-02-10: Power outages were reported overnight into Tuesday (10 February, local time) in parts of Odesa Oblast, following a Russian attack that damaged an energy facility in the southern part of the region. The incident caused a fire at the facility and also resulted in damage to an administrative building. According to authorities, settlements in several territorial communities were partially left without electricity. No casualties were reported in connection with this incident.
