2026-02-25: Several people were killed while several others were injured on Wednesday (25 February) following an armed confrontation between border guard personnel and passengers aboard a US-registered speedboat in Cuban territorial waters approximately one nautical mile northeast of the El Pino channel near Cayo Falcones, Corralillo Municipality, Villa Clara Province.
