Update 2026-06-09: Authorities warned of heavy rainfall and thunderstorms on Tuesday (9 June) across Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Hunan, Yunnan, southeastern Guangdong, northern Hainan Island, and Taiwan Island. Reportedly, strong winds and hail were also expected across northern and northeastern parts of the country, as well as eastern Mongolia.
