2026-08-20: A series of drone attacks was reportedly carried out on Thursday (20 August), targeting oil and energy infrastructure in Nizhnekamsk, Tatarstan; Krasnodar Krai; and Tambov. The reported targets included an oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk, the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal and Taman power substation in Krasnodar Krai, while several explosions were also reported in Tambov. The extent of the damage and any casualties are not confirmed yet.
