Protesters blocked roads in areas such as Manga and El Bosque, causing severe congestion and prompting the authorities to implement several emergency actions, including road detours, traffic redirection, and the establishment of a Unified Command Post. Additionally, unions and social organizations marched in Barranquilla starting from the Autonomous University of the Caribbean and concluding at Plaza de la Paz; as a result, Transmetro suspended trunk services B2 and R2, and closed Esthercita Forero, Alfredo Correa de Andréis, and La Catedral stations, while rerouting services U30, A7-1, A8-1, A8-2, S1/S10, R1/R10, and A8-3 to manage the disruption. Furthermore, an incident of intolerance occurred near Puerta del Sol on the Floridablanca–Bucaramanga highway in Cali, Valle del Cauca Department, where a demonstrator attacked several people in a truck, sparking a confrontation that was broken up by fellow protesters.
