Finland, Epidemic, Level 4: COVID-19 pandemic – Finland [Update 76]

Update 2021-07-06: According to reports on Tuesday (06 July), vaccinated or recovered travellers, as well as travellers from countries with a low incidence of infection, can enter Finland without restrictions. Travellers who do not fall into this group must take a COVID test before entry or at the border and then isolate themselves and have another test done after three days. The list of countries from which entry is facilitated includes 13 countries that have less than ten new infections per 100,000 inhabitants in the last two weeks.
