Update 2022-01-17: According to media reports, travellers to Beijing will have to undergo another COVID-19 test within the first 72 hours of entry from Saturday (22 January). This restriction was introduced on the occasion of the Olympics and in view of the Omikron threat. The rule will apply until the end of March.
