Update 2022-03-21: According to media reports, the aircraft involved in the accident was a China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737. It was on it’s way from Kunming to Guangzhou.
2022-03-21: A passenger plane carrying 133 passengers crashed near the city of Wuzhou on Monday (21 March). The flight number and other details are not yet known. The recovery work is ongoing.
Local traffic disruptions are possible. Travellers are advised to avoid the scene of the accident and follow instructions by security forces.
