Correction 2022-06-15 (2): Entry for tourists is not permitted until at least 31 July, when entering via land and sea borders. Tourist entry to Brunei is permitted via air travel.
Previous update did not include exemption for air travel.

Update 2022-06-15 (1): According to the authorities, entry for tourists is not allowed into Brunei via sea and land borders until at least 31 July. So far, entry via land and sea borders is only allowed with a travel permit and under certain circumstances. If a travel permit is available, entry can be made without a pre-arrival negative PCR or antigen test. Unvaccinated persons undergo a quarantine of 3 days, where they take both an antigen test upon entry and a PCR test after three days of quarantine. Fully vaccinated persons with an entry permit may enter without restrictions.
