Another airstrike in the city of Lysychansk killed at least eight civilians and injured 21 others. According to reports, the attack hit a group of people waiting at a drinking water distribution point.
The city of Kharkiv was also shelled again. At least five people were reportedly killed and 22 others injured. The victims were reportedly civilians.
