The Fullerton Hotels and Resorts has opened its first property in Hong Kong and fourth worldwide. Currently in its soft opening phase, the resort hotel features include 425 rooms, and will eventually offer five dining concepts, including signature Chinese restaurant Jade, as well as Lighthouse Cafe and Satay Inn. Oceanfront Italian restaurant Giardino will open later this year and will feature alfresco dining.
