Update 2022-11-16: According to Russian authorities, a fuel depot in Stalnoi Kon in Oryol Oblast exploded due to an alleged drone attack at around 4 am on Wednesday (16 November, local time). The fuel depot is located approximatley 200 km from the border with Ukraine. No casualties have yet been reported.
