Update 2023-12-18: According to the sources from Sunday (17 December), the telecommunications services in the central and southern regions of the Gaza Strip has been restored, ending a significant blackout, while efforts are underway to further restore services in the northern Gaza Strip, including Gaza City. Additionally, hundreds of people were killed, while many people were injured following Israeli security forces bombed a school for displaced persons belonging to UNRWA in Khan Yunis in the Gaza Strip. Moreover, multiple Palestinians were killed in continued Israeli strikes on central and southern Gaza.
