Update 2024-01-21 (5): According to the sources from Sunday (21 January), at least one regime soldier was killed following artillery shelling by Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) on the frontline of the 46th Regiment in western Aleppo Governorate. Reportedly, at least one HTS member was killed during an infiltration operation conducted by HTS on the Ruwaiha frontline in the Idlib Governorate.

Update 2024-01-21 (4): According to sources from Sunday (21 January), a violent clash was reported between factions of the “National Army” and the Manbij Military Council in “Euphrates Shield” zone in Aleppo Governorate. Reportedly, at least one Al-Sultan Murad faction member was killed following an infiltration operation near Um Juloud in the Manbij city. Additionally, several Al-Sultan Murad faction members were injured following an artillery shelling by the Manbij Military Council at a military checkpoint in Al-Sheikh Naser village in Jarabulus city.

Update 2024-01-21 (3): Many posts of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) were attacked on Saturday evening (20 January, local time) by unidentified gunmen targeting in the village of al-Jarzi in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, eastern Syria. Reportedly, the SDF forces retaliated following the attack. However, no casualties have been reported so far other than material damage. Additionally, attacks were also reported near Euphrates River in the village of Suwaydan in the southeast of Deir ez-Zur. Moreover, another attack was reported in the village of al-Bahra in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zur. No casualties were reported following the attack.

Update 2024-01-21 (2): According to the sources from Saturday (20 January), at least one security official was killed following gunfire by HTS on the Nahshaba frontline in Lattakia.

Update 2024-01-21 (1): According to the sources from Saturday (20 January), several artillery shellings were heard in the areas of Kaljabreen and Dabiq within the “Euphrates Shield” zone in Aleppo Governorate, originating from regions controlled by the regime and Kurdish forces. However, no casualties have been reported so far.
