Update 2024-02-21: According to the sources from Wednesday (21 February), at least one security official vehicle was struck following gunfire by unidentified gunmen in Abrihah village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor. No casualities have been reported so far. In addition, at least one ammunition warehouse belonging to Iranian-backed militias was targeted on Wednesday (21 February) following a drone attack in al-Arba’in street in the town of Abu Kamal, east of Deir ez-Zor.
