Update 2024-04-24 (2): According to media reports, the Russian air force once again fired on several targets in eastern Ukraine overnight Wednesday (23/24 April, local time). In Kharkiv, at least six people were injured by Russian fire in the Shevchenkivsky district. The city of Zolochiv was also hit.
Update 2024-04-24 (1): A Russian missile targeted a residential district in Kharkiv Oblast on early Wednesday (24 April, local time), causing destruction to civil infrastructure. The air raid alert in Kharkiv Oblast has since been lifted. Additionally, several injuries were reported from dozens of attacks conducted by Russian forces on Tuesday (23 April) in Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast. Additionally, several people were killed on Tuesday (23 April) following Ukrainian drone attack in Melitopol city of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
