Update 2021-07-27 (2): On Tuesday (27 July), the US Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommended that in risk areas even fully vaccinated people should resume wearing masks indoors. Under the CDC’s definition more than half of the country is currently classified as a risk area.
Update 2021-07-27 (1): On Monday (26 July), US authorities announced their intention to maintain the current entry restrictions until further notice. Previously, it had been reported several times that easing of the restrictions for travellers from Europe was possible.
