Update 2024-01-07 (2): According to the sources from Sunday (7 January), several SDF members were killed following a Turkish drone attack on a military position in Fatissa village, eastern of Ain Eissa in northern Al-Raqqa. As per reports on Saturday, 6 (January), a Turkish drone attacked a military regiment of SDF in the vicinity of Karsourm village in Al-Qamishly, Al-Hasakah; material damage was reported. In addition, several people were killed, while others were injured following artillery shelling by regime forces at an archaeological mosque and the market near the school in Sarmin Town, eastern Idlib, while several security officials were killed in shelling by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) members on regime positions in the western Aleppo countryside within the Putin-Erdogan designated area. The Turkish forces also fired missiles on regime positions in Saraqib and Khan Al-Sabl near the road between Damascus and Aleppo M5. For more information, check the given links.
