Update 2023-12-05: According to the Meteorological department, rainfall is expected over the southern part of the country from Friday (1 December) to Thursday (7 December) with a reduction in the intensity. Moreover, isolated storms and heavy rains are expected to occur over a few areas in the highlands east and west of the Rift Valley. Reportedly, high warning alerts for flooding was also issued for Turkana County
