2024-04-01: Significant operational disruptions in Vistara Airlines was reported on Monday (1 April), resulting in the cancellation of dozens of flights and delays for over hundred flights across its network, primarily due to a pilot shortage in Mumbai, Maharashtra State. Moreover, Vistara planned to cancel dozens of more flights on Tuesday (2 April) as part of its efforts to manage the situation.
Further air traffic disruptions are possible. Passengers travelling via the affected airport are advised to contact their airline or tour operator about the current flight status in advance to their journey to the airport.
